My fascinating fact is that George Washington never shook hands with his quests. He believed that shaking hands was beneath a president so he liked to bow to his visitors.

George Washington's parents names were, his father: Augustine Washington (1694-April 23, 1743) and his mothers name was Mary Bell (1708-1789). I hope no one else thought of that.

George Washington is the only one of America’s founding fathers to free his slaves. He freed all 124 of his slaves in his will, and left enough money in his estate to care for all of them for decades after his death.
